Step 1: Download and Install the Latest Android Flash Plugin
Download the APK file directly from your Nexus 7 tablet from this link and install the plugin.

Once installed, it will show as shown below.

If you are unable to install the APK file, please enable unknown sources in Settngs => Security first.

Step 2:
Download and Install Firefox
Flash support had been removed from Chrome and the stock browser on Android Jelly Bean version, thus they won't work with this flash plugin. However, Firefox for Android still supports this flash plugin.

Done! Now you will be able to watch flash videos.
